Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I pick up my keys?
We will welcome you directly at your apartment. For late arrivals after 21:00 hrs, there is an extra charge of 25 euros to be paid directly to the concierge.

How well are the apartments equipped?
The apartments are fully self contained and therefore will have all the necessities such as china, crockery, bed linen, towels, flat TV, microwave, iron, cooker and a fridge.

What is the normal check in time? And check out?
Check in time is from 14:00 hrs, although we will do our best to have your apartment ready. Contact us should you wish to arrive earlier. Check out time is at 11:00 hrs. If you need to leave your luggage, you may leave it with us at no additional cost. If you have a late flight, you may also ask for a late check out from your apartment at an additional cost. Please contact us before booking.

How do I cancel my reservation?
In order to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible on info@clarisapartments.com

Why is a credit card required?
A credit card number is required in order to secure your reservation. There will be no charge if the reservation is cancelled before 24:00 hrs 7 days prior to arrival, unless your dates booked have special restrictions during high occupancy periods.

How is the payment made?
You will be requested to pay your accommodation on arrival by cash or credit card.

What does my booking rate include?
All apartments are fully equipped with everything you may required for a confortable stay. The rate also includes tax, cleaning services on your arrival and once a week for stays over than 7 days. In any case you may hire extra services like daily cleaning, change bedlinen, etc. Please contact us and we will inform you.

Daily cleaning is included in my rate?
We clean the apartment before your arrival and departure at no extra cost. If your stay is for over 7 days, a mid week cleaning will be included in your stay. However we can arrange for private maids on request if you would prefer to rent a serviced apartment. This has an extra charge of 30 euros per day.

What is your children policy?
From 0 to 3 years old children are free using existing beds. You may ask for a baby cot if required at no extra cost.

What happens if I break something?
Please let us know as soon as possibe. We will try to fix it or replace it and will agree on the cost if necessary.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request. We do not accept pets in all apartments, only those with terrace. Therefore you will require a previous agreement. This has an extra charge of 16 euros per booking for extra cleaning.

What is the normal electrical power points?
All our apartments have European electrical power points. We advise you to bring your own power adaptors if you are from other countries.

What shall I do if I need help over my stay?
There is a phone number provided on your arrival for any emergency. This is available 24 hrs every day during your stay.
